Google Rolls Out Optimised Search For Tablets

You might have noticed while you were using Google on your tablet over the weekend, they have now launched a new search service optimised for mobile tablet devices. Google has now simplified the layout of search results pages and increased the size of the page contents including text and buttons making it easier to navigate using your fingers on a touch screen.

Another tweak to the new tablet search is the search button located below the search box, that now provides quick access to specific types of results such as Images, Videos, Places and Shopping to name a few.
